Cancellation Policy

Dear client, To book an appointment without contacting us, we require a 15 euro prepayment. You can pay the remaining amount in cash or by credit card at the salon after the procedure is completed. This amount will be deducted at the end of the procedure when settling the accounts. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS AMOUNT IS NON-REFUNDABLE IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING OF THE PROCEDURE.
